I came across this interesting quiz from Women's Health Magazine about which foods have 100 calories in them. It is interesting to see what your eye thinks is correct. Overeating is one of the leading causes of obesity in America. Portion Control is the key! I've been counting calories for quite some time, and I was even tripped up on a few. Since I am a major snacker, I had to take the quiz...and yep, on my results it said I was a master snacker. (Kinda sad, I know.) I think the only ones I missed were the shrimp and tomato ones, both foods I don't like anyway. That was pretty interesting!
