6 Common Gym-Goer Mistakes
I love the FitSugar website.
There was a great article on there today that lists the common mistakes that people make when they are at the gym, and I thought it was pretty accurate.
The mistakes they listed were:
You don't warm up or cool down
You show up on an empty stomach
You do the same cardio routine every time
You don't vary your strength training routine
Your weights are too light
You don't stretch
