Paleo Almond Flour Zucchini Bread
recipe from Against All Grain
1-1/2 cups blanched almond flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs beaten
1/4 cup honey
1 ripe banana
1 finely shredded, unpeeled zucchini
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place eggs in bowl and beat them gently. Add honey and banana, and beat until frothy. Stir in shredded zucchini to combine. Add in dry ingredients and combine.
