My darling friend Jenna has been doing some posting on her weight loss journey and how she has overcome a lot of the hard obstacles that come with it. She is the one who introduced me to Fitday.com years and years ago, and we both are addicts. She asked me to do a guest post on her blog explaining how to use the website, and why I liked it so much.

Since I read your blog every day just to keep me on track and connected with the fitness world in some way, I decided to read your guest post and subscribe to fitday.com, because you always have the most fabulous suggestions.
So I did and I LOVE IT!
What I don't love is that I set up one of my food staples, a Chipotle chicken burrito as a custom food and had to find out the nutritional value...YIKES! 918 calories!!! AHHHH.
Since I am already giving up sugar for lent, I don't think I can let this one go but maybe I'll just have it as a meal once a week (instead of 5 times) or save half in my fridge. Uh oh. Silly Chipotle.
Why can't I be still blissful in my caloric ignorance???
