I am doing awesome on my goals. I'm rally proud of myself for keeping up my workout routine during my 1st semester of nursing school. I even wake up extra early so I can get runs in before class.

I am happy with my goals thus far... I have shed some lbs., added some lbs. to my freeweight lifting; lengthened my cardio sessions; increased the # of strength sessions and increased the duration of strength sessions; also eating much cleaner. Not too shabby. :)

January kicked my tail. I was sick and it's been rough getting back on track working out and running.

Im doing good on my goals so far! Trying to eat healthier than I was during the holidays and trying to work out 5 times a week! Also I'm trying to fit some group exercises into my workout routine like boot camp and body sculpt!

I've been a follower for a while now, coming out of the woodwork to say your blog inspires me on a daily basis, and I'm loving your January Mix!
My goals for the year are to work out at least 4x a week and improve my running speed by doing speedwork at least once a week. So far, so good. There have definitely been some off weeks, but I haven't gone one single week without working out which is a huge improvement from last year!
