I am always looking for new good songs, and I love when people give me tips on new music. My friend Whit told me to listen to The Gym Class Heroes Song, The Fighter. She nailed it.
I did my last long run until my marathon! I kinda can't believe it. I had a twelve mile run today, and it went really well! I felt great and nothing hurt while I was running. I am having my same back/rib issues that I have been having all along, but I hope that I can manage without too much pain there! Let's get this marathon OVER with baby!

Love me some Gym Class Hero's. I'm going to have to download that song. They are going to be the finish line band for Seattle Rock & Roll marathon next month and I'm exciting to hear them. Hopefully I will still feel the same way after running 26.2 lol
Question - could you do a list on healthy carbo loading or maybe your go to carbs for marathon training? I have trouble picking the healthier carbs and all to often use the "I am marathon training so I can eat what I want" excuse.
